The rooms come in a range of sizes. Single-bed rooms range from $180 to $220 per week. Double-bed rooms are $220 to $260 per week for a single person plus $50 for a couple.
Your rent includes power, water, heating and unlimited wi-fi internet. Common areas are cleaned weekly. Meals and linen are not supplied.
You will be expected to keep your room hygienic and clean up after yourself when you use the communal areas.
