BOARDING HOUSES IN AUCKLAND
Our boarding houses operate like large flats for mature adults. Every tenant agrees to a set of house rules to ensure that all tenants are treated with respect and consideration. Each lodge has one or two people onsite who help out with management but you are generally left to live uninterrupted as if it were your own home.
All rooms come fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, chair, 32 inch television and a fridge/freezer.
All rooms have been recently refurbished and the lodges are clean and warm.
Your rent includes exclusive access to your room, which is lockable, plus use of the communal lounge/dining and kitchen areas. All rooms have shared bathrooms. Each lodge has plenty of bathroom facilities ensuring that there is never a wait for a shower.
Your rent includes power, water and internet, providing you with an easy one-payment option for your housing expenses. The common areas of the lodges are cleaned weekly but tenants are expected to keep their own rooms clean and sanitary and tidy up after themselves. Meals are not supplied.
Your moving costs include one week bond plus two weeks rent in advance. No letting fee applies.
